Like most organizations, Pulley has it's own utility application. This is an open-source internally-driven application that hopes to cover some important tasks when it comes to managing a client.
The dashboard, given time, should give us insight into trends over a long period of time. Want to know how a clients average time-usage over a 12-month rolling period looks? This is where to find that. We'll also provide some useful links to help navigate to wherever you need to go.
The clients view is meant to be a simple overview into all of Pulley's clients, and who their representing group is. This table is sorttable by any column that is displayed, as well as being searchable by any character in the table.
From the table you have the ability to dive deeper into a clients profile. From the individual clients page you have a more of a granular look into the history of a client. You'll be able to see the time tracked for the month, any generated reports, and notes left regarding client interactions.
One of the more important features on the client view is the button for Generating Reports. Which we'll go over next.
When you visit the generating report page, the client should be auto-filled for you. From here you'll be able to fill in the remaining inputs given the information that you've gathered over the last month of working with the client. Submitting the report will store in our database and allow you to view the HTML/Template of the generated report. This template can be sent to the client via email when it is time for their report.
The goal of this function in the future is to include automation for the ability to send the report via email directly to the client on submission. We'll also be including metrics into How/When/Why a report is derived.
